AUTHENTIC AFTERHEAT PRODUCT

The purchaser receives a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased AFTERHEAT digital product.

The product may be used for:

• personal projects
• professional projects
• client work
• commercial photography
• films
• advertising
• campaigns
• editorial work
• social media
• paid commercial work

Each purchase grants usage rights to one individual purchaser.

The license may not be shared with another individual, company, team member or organization unless a separate license is purchased.

The purchaser may use AFTERHEAT tools to create and deliver completed creative work for clients.

Final edited photographs, films and exported media may be delivered to clients.

Original AFTERHEAT files may not be transferred to clients.

The user may not:

• resell the original files
• redistribute the files
• share the files
• upload them to public or private download libraries
• upload them to Telegram, Discord, Google Drive or similar sharing systems
• include them in another preset pack
• include them in another LUT pack
• include them in templates
• include them in courses
• include them in memberships
• sublicense them
• repackage them
• claim ownership of the original files
• modify the files and resell them as a new product

All original product files, product names, branding, designs and intellectual property remain the property of AFTERHEAT / HEAT FILMS S.A.S.

Purchasing a product grants a license to use it.

It does not transfer ownership of the product itself.

Digital products are considered final sale after download except where otherwise required by applicable law.

AFTERHEAT may update, improve or modify its products and documentation over time.

Access to future versions or updates may vary depending on the product.
